Looking for a good laptop with soft touch buttons?
I'm trying to help my sister find a new laptop (she's currently using an old dell lattitude d400), but the problem is she has kind of picky things she's looking for, so I've had a hard time coming up with anything - I thought I'd see if any of you guys have had more luck than me. She wants a laptop with...
*Around 13-15 inch matte screen
*Relatively good / modern specs (not gaming level or anything, just a fast computer for an average user that will last her awhile)
*Soft touch trackpad buttons (she's used to the lattitude, which has the soft / squishy buttons above the touch pad, and for whatever reason she highly prefers those to the clicky type)
Any ideas?
It depends on what your trying to do and how long it'll last with good care. If you have no budget, go with mac since they have good applecare but they ARE overpriced. If you are looking for a budget computer that doesn't have as good of warranty as applecare and applesupport, probably go with hp or dell, there is no way to tell if the trackpad is good unless if you try it out, it's all personal preferences. Macs do have pretty good and soft trackpads nowadays but so does alot of other companies
