I have a Notebook Windows 7 Starter Laptop, and I cant seem to personalize the desktop background. Help?
Can someone tell me how to do this? I have tried right clicking on a pic and clicking "Set as desktop background" but it never applies to the desktop. I know how to go into properties and personalize it on another computer, but desktop personalization is not even an option when I go under properties.
Windows 7 Starter is the baseline model of the windows 7 operating system and as such has the minimum in added components. One ofnthe components it lacks that an upgraded model has is the ability to personlize. Depending in your computers specs you might be able to upgrade but I assume that it's a netbook with limited processing and ram power. You cn look into upgrading to windows 7 premium.
