I want to know if I can have the battery out of my laptop and also unplugged overnight?
I just bought an Acer Aspire netbook and trying not use my battery much. Mainly because I use it as my desktop. I actually do not know if I can leave my laptop unplugged and without a battery for a long period of time. Will any damage come of it or loss or memory?
No. If you shut down your machine properly, you can then take the power cord out and remove the battery without losing any data or damaging the machine.
