where is there instructional videos for replacing Input Port Socket on laptop?

You know where you connect your charger... I have an old decent laptop and can buy the part online. Plus a soldering iron. I feel confident i can do it. If not no worries. please I know there's a couple for ipod repair.

It would help to know the brand and model of the lap top.
The input port is the power jack port.
