Computer Tech Experts, Help! I need a high end gaming laptop at a mid-range price, what should I buy?
I am needing a system that can send a quality video signal to my 1080 HDTVs that I use as remote monitors for my laptop. My current laptop is 1 year old gateway from BestBuy. The CPU only has VGA and S-video out so I currently connect my laptop via S-Video when I want to use the TV as a monitor, the picture quality is terrible and I can barely read small print. I run multiple programs simultaneously including online poker software programs that are hogs, internet streaming video, video downloads etc. I need excellent response time, high resolution etc and I don't want to spend over $2,000. I am also on the move alot so toughbooks have been recommended.
Thanks for the time and I hope this information helps you to recommend the right laptop for me.
To get the most bang for ur buck build your comp. its cheaper and alot easier to do. go to a shop, or dont have a friend help, and pick the parts that you want to have in your comp. this will cut down on brand name products and assembly fees. plus, w/ a little research, you can get certain things that perform just as well as high name products but for half the price.
