what laptop lock to buy for my 13 inch macbook? HELP!!!?
so i need some more security for my new macbook going into college. I looked into kensington locks like the microsaver and combosaver. I have a protective shell for my laptop so neither will fit. Also i heard that the kensington locks damage the 13inch macbooks at the security port.
Please any advice on what to do?

It works well and I feel safe leaving it unattended.
As far as I know, it hasn't damaged the security port on my 13-inch White MacBook in the past year and a half that I've owned it.
Kensington makes the best laptop security locks. I've owned several over the years for many different laptops makes and models.
If I were you, I'd modify the protective shell so that the locks fit. Or else the thief will have nice new shiny MacBook to take off with. Pretty or safe? The choice is really yours.
