how do i install xp on a laptop that has a sata hd?
i have a mt6916, i need to know where the driver for the sata hd is so i can get rid of vista and put xp on it. i don't know how to get a driver for the sata hd so i could use any help, and if possible please include any links. xp just won't find the HD when installing
The SATA driver is supported by Windows XP. There are no instructions on Gateway's website regarding XP installation instructions.
