whats a good way to exercise while on the computer?
i have a laptop..and a treadmill....need them to work together any laptop holder for the treadmill.
Forget the treadmill.
Instead, get a yoga ball and trash your normal chair. Sit with good posture on the ball while you compute; this strengthens stomach. Every 10 minutes do a quick set of 10 reps
