I'm planning to buy a new laptop. Which processor is the best, AMD Turion 64 or Intel Core.?
Lets assume both are dual core. And they have the same frequencies and cache. I will be using the laptop mainly on running multiple MS office programs at the same time (excel, word, power point, project, etc.). I will play games occasionally.
Intel Core 2 is superior for performance and it also uses less energy. This means you have more battery life and less heat.
