Can I bring my Wii on the airplane with me?
I want to bring my Wii with me. I will also have my laptop, its chill mat, my digital camera, and charger for my laptop. Will the Wii, and I'm also bringing two of my wii remotes/wheel and a gamecube controller, fit in my backpack with the rest of that stuff? I don't want to risk putting it in my luggage cause it might get broken, stolen, or lost (last december the airline I was riding lost my luggage when I was returning home.) So I don't want to risk that. Will the Wii or sensor bar get broken while going through the X-ray? Will security confiscate it or something? Will I have to take it out of my bag like I had to with my laptop on previous trips? What about the games? Should I just put the discs in one of those dvd holders and then put it in my carry on?
Thanks.
My brother brought his Wii and laptop on the plane with him when we went to visit our grandparents. He had it all in a really small duffel bag and put it in the overhead storage while his laptop and game boy were in his backpack. You're allowed two carry-ons when getting on a plane so it worked out. He was afraid of his stuff getting stolen too and they checked it through an x-ray and it was fine. He had to take it out of the bag just like his laptop. His games were in a CD case along with some the DVDs we watched on our laptops.
