The XPS 15 B+RGLED is basically a much better screen. It's currently one of the best found on a notebook.

It's higher resolution, has higher contrast, has deeper blacks, better color accuracy, and better color gamut than the one on the XPS 14 (or the ones in most other notebooks). And at they very least you'll notice the first two, and if you do graphics design, you'll notice the last three.
It's just a higher quality panel, and achieves really good color accuracy by using separate blue and red-green LEDs instead of using white LEDs.
