You'd need to remove the covers that are over the hinges, and if you are lucky, there may be some screws that will tighten up the hinge, however, I wouldn't hold your breath, as I've not see any on a Dell myself.
More likely is the plastic that the hinge is screwed to has cracked or given way, and its in fact this that makes the screen appear to loose.
With this in mind, I doubt anyone here wants to buy it, now you've admitted to its condition.
You should consider trying Ebay - but be honest when you list the item.
