Where is the cheapest place to buy a laptop or a notebook in the UK?
I use pricegrabber and pricerunner, they are great for new TV's... Not as good for lap tops or notebooks..
I am looking to spend £200-£300 if it is high spec and I prefer Windows XP.
I am capable of shopping online, even though I am nearly 71!
Also, maybe somone knows of somewhere cheap, where they do bigger discounts for pensioners...
The brands I dont Like is Acer, I had a screen by them which packed in after 8months.
Compaq is OK if the spec is good..
I have recently used a Lenovo and think they are amazing... the N200 model is nice - but they are expensive...
I cant stand dell........
HP look nice and seem reliable(but what do I really kknow)
I am in the UK..
I dont want to sign up tp AOL and get one free neither!
