hiya was wondering could you take a look at this item from the mac store and tell me do you have one of these what did you think of it was it any good......was it easy to put on did it scratch your original side of the mac laptop? thanks
p.s this is a case for my mac book not a laptop!!!
Actually, there are 7 people at my company that have bought those for their macbooks. I really *dont* recommend it.
What happens is this thing flexes just enough so that it basically is just rubbing on the outside of the macbook constantly, and if you get just the slightest amount of dirt inbetween the case and the macbook, the computer starts to look terrible in no time.
After a few months with one of these on there, the macbook will be so scratched up, that it will feel "gritty" to the touch.
These things look cool, but in reality destroy the glossy finish of the computer.
