I electrocuted myself on a laptop charger. Am I okay?

I have a 4th gen Mac Notebook and i broke the charger. I put it together while it was plugged in, and i touched both terminals at once, I was shocked for about 15 sec. (glued to wall with arms shaking and all) I am 13, little under 100 pounds, wondering if i will be OK.
