Why can't I change my background on Windows 7 on my HP Mini laptop?
I have an HP Mini Laptop and it has 2 settings, Windows 7 and something else, which I forgot what it was called...But yea I was wondering why I can't even change the background AT ALL.
Yea, you most likely have starter, which doesn't allow for much customization. You would have to get another OS somehow.
