are mac's good with drawning tablets?
I have a hp multi-touch tx2 1012nr notebook pc and a 20" touch smart desktop. Do I need a graphic tablet to draw and touch up photos?
Mac's are great with tablets but, are they required, NO. If your graphic needs are more artistic or very advanced I would recommend a tablet like the Wacom Intuos line. A tablet is just easier to use and gives you more control than a regular mouse or touch pad and working on a desktop touchscreen just doesn't seem ergonomic. Several graphic & multimedia programs also have enhanced capabilities and features when using a graphic tablet. I recommend the Wacom Bamboo line if you want to add an inexpensive graphic tablet to your system. You can get a tablet for less than $100. I have an iMac with a Wacom tablet that I use with a mouse and pen and I love it.
