Dell inspirion mini 9 VS Acer 8.9" AOA150-1570 Aspire One Netbook PC w/ Intel Atom N270 for a 12 year old?
I made my descison either the dell or the acer netbook for a 12 year old who doesn't really like gaming except Maplestory.

They are both netbooks, and not as powerful as a full sized notebook.
As far as which to get..... I don't know... I would likely choose the Acer.. just because you have more Ram (depending on dell model), and you have a hard drive (Dell has a Solid state drive.. faster but less storage).
I personally would get one running Linux.. but most people unfortunately prefer xp...
