Can I upgrade from Windows starter to Windows 7 Ultimate?
I Have a notebook and Its a Samsung N150
-Intel ATOM Processor N450 (1.66GHz)
-160GB Hard Drive (5400RPM)
-1GB DDR2 SDRAM 667MHz
-Intel GMA 3150
Will it slow down my notebook if I upgrade it?

It is indeed possible to upgrade using the Windows Anytime Upgrade. Before you upgrade, I recommend downloading the Upgrade Advisor to make sure you have the necessary hardware to use features of Ultimate. Download Upgrade Advisor here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/get/upgrade-advisor.aspx.
If you get the green light from the Upgrade Advisor, get your Anytime Upgrade here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/windows-anytime-upgrade.
