I'm looking at a computer with a screen resolution of 1600x900?
The notebook has a 17.3" screen and an ATI Radeon 5870 1GB GDDR5... There is an option for a 1920x1080 (Full HD) however it is $150 more... I only really will be using it for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Black Ops (when it comes out), Counter Strike Source, DiRT 2 & Far Cry 1 & 2.
I really don't want to spend the extra $150... The 1600x900 won't be blurry will it? Will it be enough to play these games on high detail settings?

If the games provide a native 1600X900 resolution, you should be able to play them on that resolution without them looking blurry. The blurring effect happens when your computer is trying to scale one resolution in software to fit a different resolution in hardware.
