Good laptop cooler for a 15.6" widescreen HP laptop that runs really hot?

The M1 Pro is a really good cooler. It is designed for the Macbook Pro, however a regular 13-17" laptop works just as well. It's $80-100, but if your laptop heats up THAT MUCH, I'd invest a few $$$ for a decent one.
The M1 Pro is made of a cool annodized aluminum case and comes installed with a heatsink.
The reviews are really good. Apparently most heat sinks under $40 offer little to no variance in temperatures (in other words, they don't work), but he M1 Pro really cools your computer down and tops most on the market. Worth the price if you have the money.
