Why is Runescape HD running so slow on my computer?

well, im trying to play Runescape HD and its running kinda slow, i just bought my computer last week, so its still running fast and is working good. (info below)

u probably need a better internet connection or the server is just really full and alot of people are playing it at that time so thats why it runs so slow
