Do most docking stations work on netbooks also?

its just a USB connection right? so it should work exact same as full-size notebook?
Based on the manufacturer's website, it certainly looks that way.

It says it requires Windows, which might be because it uses customer drivers to achieve video, networking and sound over the USB - so if your netbook is a model that is running Linux, it probably won't work for you.
