How do i delete dual boot in my notebook, they are both windows xp professional.?
click on start menu. then click on run command
then type
MSCONFIG
a window appear. then select the boot.ini tab. in this tab u can see ur both windows xp. now wat u need to do. just select the line looking like: multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)windows="microsoft windows xp professioinal" and so on.
click on this line and then click on the CHECK ALL BOOT PATHS button.
if it is working then system will show u the details and u have to check other similar line in that window. system will ask u to remove the line if that line is not in use. i mean that operating system is not in use infact.
