question about notebook hard disk when in sleeping mode.?
I would like to know, if my notebook is in sleeping mode, is the hard disk still running? I hear some sound from my notebook. Hope someone can explain to me. Thanks ! =)
If it is in sleep mode, you should be able to hear the fans running. . .or if you have LED lights, you should see them on. . .and yes. . .the hard drive is still running. . .don't put your computer to sleep because you'll lose more memory this way. . .
