I need a good USB TV tuner!!!?
I have a Pavilion notebook and want to get a USB TV Tuner.
Here are my following preferences:
-Hybrid (for VHS recording)
-Cheap
-has NTSC/ PAL support
-has good feedback
-available in Australia
Please tell me what is the perfect TV Tuner falling from these specs.

PS: I found that PC HD Pinnacle USB TV Tuner to be good, but it only supports NTSC (which is not supported in Australia).
Get a "wandtv" makes your pc into a tv hd as well
