how much does it equals 1$ in USA?
can some one tell me how much does $1(USD) in U.S.A is equivalent to as INR in india.say in india it cost RS 10/Rs 16 for a ball pen/ notebook. so i want to know how much does a ball pen cost to the U.S.A ppl. or to the Britain ppl in British pound

The largest expenses are housing, food, energy and transport.
rent is about £500 / month for a basic 1 bedroomed house where I live
Average house price for 2 bed house is around £170000
bread about £1.00 for a basic large loaf.
I am very skimpy on heating and it costs me around £350 a year (many spend nearer £1000)
Petrol costs around £1.10 a litre at the mo.
