Can you put windows software on a mac laptop? does the config system from mac to windows work well?
I want a mac for high school (notebook specifically)
First off, should i get 15.4 inch or 17 inch?
Secondly, can I put windows programs on the mac laptop, or does the configuration from mac to windows files work well?

If you are going to get a MacBook Pro (which are the ones that are 15.4 and 17 inches), just get the 15.4 inch. 17 Inches is not worth it. Too much to carry around. Personally, I like the regular MacBooks (13 inches) better.
And as for installing Windows programs, yes, you can! Mac had a program that you can download called "Boot Camp". This allows you to run Windows applications on your Mac, and can also let you install Windows on it, as well as keeping Macintosh (and some people say Macs suck). Once you do, start up your Mac while holding the option key, and you will be asked to choose your operating system. Below is a link for info on this.
