Studio XPS 13 vs Macbook?
which one should I get, really it's a choice between a faster notebook and a lower price or a higher price but mac OSX and a multi touch track pad, I've already used mac OSX, did'nt like it much, did'nt have many useful features, and I have an ipod touch which the multi touch on isnt very useful, so basically what I'm asking is, does the multitouch trackpad and the mac OSX combined make up for the higher price
also should I just be patient and wait for multitouch in windows 7 and forget about OSX and it's few features like video editing
I just bought a Dell Studio xps 13. I was also thinking about the macbook. I am very computer savy and I enjoy both Operating Systems, heres why I chose the Dell.
Its much much faster, and has better graphics than the Macbook when you put all the correct things in (Still cheaper than the macbook with everything possible, including a Solid State drive, which means no noise, and batteries will last longer)
More programs will work with it. More games will work with it.
It has multitouch!
And it looks amazing! The screen is higher quality than the macbook, with deeper blacks and colors.
Overall you get way more for your money.
