How to take care of doujinshi?
I've looked all across Yahoo! and Google and have yet to find anything that tells me how to care for my $$$ doujinshi (I have 41 but I just ordered more ^^ ). Though I found alot of free/download/buy sites (I use jpqueen for most of my stuff. They are the only ones that carry Digimon doujinshi these days it seems. >_> ).
I have them now in seal plastic (like for comicbooks) with two white backings for every two, and I put them all in notebooks with sheet protectors.
I'm asking cause I want to make sure that I'm taking care of them right...
That should be adequate for taking care of doujinshi. If the size difference is on the extreme side, you can always try to special order custom sized bags and boards, but personally I just fold the excess over and tape it shut. The only thing you can add to extend the life of your doujinshi is to add some of the gases into the bags that deter decay (I forget which gases are used for this purpose.) If you want more info on this, check with your local comic book dealer, as most are pretty well knowledgeable on the subject.
