I think both are good mice. The Microsoft has Bluetrack technology that will probably work a little better than the optical sensor of the Logitech. The gripe I have with Logitech is that all their mice in general have a louder click than other mice brands. This is what people mean when they say Logitech has a "clicky" feel. Microsoft is hit and miss in the softness of their clicks with the different models they have. Some are completely silent while other models have a little louder click. I would recommend going to a Best Buy or Staples to try them out, at least a sampling. I now prefer Microsoft mice over Logitech because of this issue.
