What to Bring to COLLEGE????
I have no idea what to bring for college. There is so many different storage containers to get and everything. If you could give me a list of what I need for college, that would be greatly appreciated! Also, what kind of notebooks and stuff do I need? Just the usual, notebook for each class? Should I bring trapper keepers? Bed-risers? Mattress Pads?
1) Bring the notebook that will be most useful for you to write in during class. My first two years I carried around notebooks with 5 subjects because my classes were back to back and it was easier that way for me. My junior and senior year I had one notebook per class. Now, I'm in law school and I find it easier to take notes on my laptop. Use what is best for you
2) Tape recorder- for big lecture hall classrooms
3)Mattress pad- if you are staying in a dorm, chances are the bed is horrible so this is a must.
4) Bed risers can be a good idea because of the extra storage they supply, but some dorms have bunk beds and in that case I wouldn't recommend them.
5)Tabs, folders, stickies- whatever it will take to keep you organized
6) Calender- a big one for your wall or a pocket one. whichever is easier for you to use.
7) Flip flops for the showers
Sheets, pillows, blankets
9) Basic snacks
10) Lap desk
11) book lamp
12) mini-fridge (helped me a lot when I was living in a dorm with 3 other girls)
13) Basic office supplies- stapler, 3 hole punch
14) Printer, ink, and paper
