Notebook Tablet Laptops & Pen?
I just got an HP Notebook. For the tablet thing, it says "use the pen that your laptop came with. It came with a pen? I unpacked the box again like three times and there is no pen there. Is it not supposed to come with? And how much do they cost?
You don't give a model# so there's no way to know whether you have a regular laptop or a TabletPC.
It could be a regular notebook but you have "generic" instructions. Since Windows Vista comes with the TabletPC software built-in, they may have a fairly generic instruction set.
If it is a TabletPC you may find the pen is installed in the machine already. They get stored in a "silo" somewhere around the edge of the machine. They are spring loaded so when you press on the pen it will partially pop out of it's silo. Look for a large, round hole as see if the pen is inside.
