Another College laptop question?
Ok, so I'm shopping for my college laptop. I'm going to Cal Poly Pomona for Architecture major. First things first. Macbook or Notebook? I've never used Macs before, so I prefer PC; but idk if Mac would really be that much better than PC for this. My budget is about $1,400 because I know thats about what I would pay for Macbook Pro. Now for performance, it needs to be able to run my programs for school (CAD, 3D programs, etc.), but I also like to game a little bit. I saw and liked the Qosmio from toshiba, http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/pdet.to?poid=460941 , only thing is the 18.4" screen is huge.... Ok, so what can you find for me? Thanks for the help! 
For $1400, buy a top end Core i7 mobile Windows PC that will blow away any MacBook out there...Very simple decision
