this one has intel(R) Core(TM) i3-350M Dual Core processor (2.26GHz, 3MB L2 Cache)
and will have 4GB DDR3 memory. ( DDR3 memory is better then DDR2 memory )

which one is better for multitasking, i think the HP will be because it will have DDR3 ram ..
I3! I3! I3! The I3! It is much much better, but honestly on either of those two deals you are getting ripped off, go with an amd processor, and buy from newegg. They are both better quality, Intel processors are prone to problems, go with something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834114789&cm_sp=NotebookDeal-_-34-114-789-_-06092010 from newegg.It has ddr2, but it is $200 less! It is so worth it! Make the right choice. Newegg has a ironclad reputation, many people use it exclusively!
