Is it possible to get a device which connects a PCI device to your USB port?
PCI cards are designed for desktop computers. Is there any way I can connect one of them to my laptop?
e.g. an adapter that converts the PCI signal to USB or Firewire/PCMCIA/Cardbus etc.

What exactly are you trying to do? Details are always nice to have.
I have a PCI expansion unit. It has nothing but a power supply and a "motherboard" with 8 PCI slots in it.
And a SCSI port, which it uses to attach to the host computer.
