Does the Ipod Touch 4 come with portable WIFI?
Are you able to connect to the internet with the generation 4 Ipod Touch anywhere.
Anywhere... no.
WiFi isn't generated by the iPod, someone has to be broadcasting it. Anywhere that has an open/free WiFi signal, you can use it. If you want internet "anywhere" you need an iPhone that can use cellular networks internet (which isn't "everywhere" either, but I'm sure you understand that much...)
