I can't really say which company is the best, but the customer service from Dell is impressive. I don't recommend you to buy a refurbished laptop though, even though it comes with a warranty. Refurbished product means the product that a consumer found a problem on a system after bought. The company takes the product back and repair it while the consumer may get a new product. The product may include some scratches from the consumer. If you still want the refurbished laptop, I recommend buying one directly from the manufacture. The price is slightly different from the new one.
