What do you think of the Acer Aspire One AOD150-1920 10.1-Inch Ruby Red Netbook - 6 Cell Battery?
I'm looking for a good, cheap, fasionable laptop and don't know what to get?
The Acer Inspire AOD150-1920 is a netbook not an actual laptop computer. It's basically considered a "mini laptop" if you want the non technical term for it, lol.
The processor is 1.6 GHZ which is okay but I wouldn't try to run Windows Vista on it. The battery life is pretty good (around 6 and a half hours on a charge). 1 GB of RAM comes with the system, and this is the worst part about it, as it won't be enough to run multiple programs at a time, play graphic heavy games, etc. The hard drive is relatively small as well at 160GB. It does have a built in web cam which is a good added bonus. The keys are small and close together, much smaller than they are on a standard laptop computer. The perks are that it is smaller, lighter (only around 3 pounds), and easier to carry around than a laptop computer. If you already have a computer, and you will only be using this computer to do some basic tasks on, then I would recommend it, but if this will be your primary computer, it's too small, has too little RAM, not a fast enough processor, and not a large enough hard drive to be functional as such.
