hi.
how do i restore factory settings on my Thinkpad R50e notebook? unfortunately i dont have the disc. im pretty sure it never came with one. i was probably supposed to back it up myself when i baught it, but i didnt.
its running extremely slow. ive checked the memory, and thats fine, so i thaught that resetting it might solve the problem.
can anyone help , please??
turn note book off
on reboot,press f11
this will show a page that says do you want to system restore
click no,then next
next page will say,do you want to set back to factory settings
click yes
this will put notebook back to factory settings
takes about 45 mins
