How do some people get their teeth `pearl white` in color / apperarance ?
I get my teeth cleaned 2 x`s a year and brush daily and cannot get the brilliant white color.
think about what you eat, maybe its appart of the reason youre not getting the color you want. my teeth are white, i dont drink sodas or anything of that sort. no juices just water and tea. i brush twice a day. and i never get my teeth cleaned. i also used to smoke. lol i dont know maybe it just depends on the person.
you can try bleaching your teeth. heres a neat trick that i know a lot of beaty pagent girls used to do. you take a mouth gaurd from a sports store and put in in a glass of water, pop it into the icrowave for about two minutes until the water boils. it will soften the mouth guard. put the mouth guard into your mouth and suck until you feel like there is no air in between your teeth and the mouth guard. the mouthguard will mold to an exact fit for your teeth. buy a whitening gell and put in into the mouth guard and wear it over night every night. =) hope that helped.
