windows vista problems after installation?
I installed windows vista on my (widescreen) laptop. Previously I was running xp, and the screen resolution was great. Now, with vista, the resolution is crap, and I've tried every setting. The graphics literally look fuzzy on screen, and I can't stand to work on the computer anymore due to "fuzziness"
Also, The show desktop and switch between windows taskbar shortcuts are not there.
How do I make my screen resolution better and get my shortcuts back?
to get your short cuts in the task bar do the following:
1.right click on the taskbar.
2.point to toolbars.
3.select quick launch.
for your graphics problems, it appears that you have not installed display drivers. So install your display driver from the CD you got with your laptop. If you don't have the drivers then you may visit the website of your manufacturer. If you had explained little more about your laptop i would have helped you more. so try this if the problem still exists then ask again.
