How to use router if need to operate wired desktop,wireless laptop and wifi phone on mac bound wan connection?
I submitted my linksys router mac address (found on the back of router) to my wan operator (who provides mac based connection) but my wireless laptop and wifi phone did not connect.

Ok, so you gave them your mac. How long ago? Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to go through.
You have your ethernet from the Internet going into the WAN or INTERNET port on your router and your wired computer connected into the LAN on the router. Does that computer get online? If so it may be an issue with wireless settings on the computer. Either way power down the router, wait 30 seconds and power it back on. restart all computers. Can you connect to any now? If wired won't go on, call your ISP again. If it does but you cant connect wirelessly, update again and I will expand my answer.
