Can I watch Blu Ray on my laptop?
My laptop has an hdmi port and a wuxga screen. It can support up to 1080p but will I be able to connect a blue ray player to my laptop and watch the blu ray dvd on my laptop?? I know I can use my laptop as a dvd player but can I do the opposite?
I would try it but I just ordered a brand new Dell Studio 15 but did not order it with the blu ray on it and am kicking myself. But if this worked I would be happy.
You should be able to. Wouldn't make any sense to have the HDMI port if it couldn't display high definition.
