A fujitsu siemens laptop, Pl2540
Intel Pentium Dual Core T2330 1.6 GHz

Fujitsu siemens laptop: link doesn't work. And the Toshiba got a little bit better processor, would this really matter?

NOT the Toshiba! The graphics card is integrated. You need a dedicated card like the one in the Fujitsu. But yes, these 2 laptops wouldn't run your games very well. Here's a list of gaming laptops that can fit your budget:
